This project has successfully captured real time video data from Netmeeting and displayed it on the QuickTime player. It is very possible to make the audio potion work by knowing QuickTime RTP packet audio payload type. We are also able to use our own H263 encoder and use QuickTime as default player.

Problems:

* We use RTP/RTCP over UDP to play video on QuickTime player, and therefore need to specify the  QuickTime player ip on the server side. When the server stopped sending video data, QuickTime player did not know when to stop.
* Only one player can be logged on to the server at this time.

Future:

If we use RTSP over TCP to play audio and video on the QuickTime player, the server is able to handle multiple clients and stop players at anytime.
